Where to Upload Your Assets

One shared home for every GA photo & video — drop it once, the AI does the rest

The idea in one line

Drop a folder of assets into the matching source folder below. Within about 30 minutes the AI reads every file — market, product, SKU, scene, ad potential — and it becomes searchable in the Asset Library. No renaming, no manual tagging. Any filename is fine, even IMG_4392.jpg.

1 · DROP
You copy a folder into the right source folder
2 · TAG
AI auto-tags everything (~30 min)
3 · FIND
It shows up in the searchable library
01 · Pick your folder

The 5 source folders

Folders are organized by where the content came from — not by market or product (the AI figures those out). Pick the one that matches who made it:

🏢
internal
Anything GA makes in-house — Jessica, Bailey, Erik. Phone/camera shots, product photos, event footage, screen recordings.
e.g. a trade-show video, a quick product photo you took at the office
Open “internal” ↗
🎨
agency
Work produced or edited by Sunday Paper — Jake, Kelly, Boone. Finished ads, graphics, edited cuts, design exports.
e.g. a batch of finished ad creatives, a set of social graphics
Open “agency” ↗
🎬
partner
Professional shoots from a production partner or studio GA hired for a project.
e.g. the Suited studio + lifestyle shoot
Open “partner” ↗
📣
influencer
Content from a paid or gifted creator / brand ambassador shooting on GA's behalf.
e.g. the Chad Hoover kayak content
Open “influencer” ↗
👥
ugc
Organic user-generated content from real customers — reviews, social posts, tag-ins. Unpaid, in-the-wild.
e.g. a customer's Instagram clip of the light on their helmet
Open “ugc” ↗
🤔 None of these fit your content? Don't force it into the wrong one — just reply to the email and suggest the folder you think we're missing (with an example). It's easy to add, and getting the source right keeps search accurate.
02 · Copy your folder in

How to add a folder

Fastest — drag & drop from your computer

  1. Click Open on your source folder above (opens it in Google Drive).
  2. Find the folder of assets on your computer.
  3. Drag the whole folder from your desktop straight onto the open Drive window and let go. Drive uploads the folder and everything inside it.
  4. Wait for the upload bar (bottom-right) to hit 100%. Done — the AI takes it from there.

If the assets already live in Google Drive

  1. Open the folder that has your assets.
  2. Right-click it → Organize → Add shortcut, or select the files, right-click → Move, and choose the correct source folder above.
  3. A shortcut or move both work — the AI reads either.
One batch = one folder. Keeping each drop in its own named folder (e.g. Suited-July-Shoot, Hoover-Kayak-Aug) makes it obvious what came from where — but it's optional. Loose files work too.
Please don't upload into the Images or Video folders at the top level — those are the organized, processed library (the "storefront"). New assets always go into a source folder inside _INBOX (the "loading dock").
03 · See it work

Then check the library

Give it ~30 minutes, then open the live library and search for what you just uploaded. If something looks mis-tagged, that's exactly the feedback we want.
